Cultures vary from one country to another, and sometimes professionals can face cultural shocks especially when no orientation is given about the culture of the country they are assigned to work in for the first time. Through training on the culture of a country, expatriates can gain understanding of the culture of the country. This course is designed to give new expatriates in Ghana an understanding of the cultural, socio-cultural and relationship issues as well as words to use and avoid using in order to survive and work effectively in Ghana.
